His chess journey began when we introduced him to Chess.com at the age of four. He joined Brilliant Chess Academy during the summer holidays of 2024 and has been thoroughly enjoying and learning chess with Mr. Roshan. Outside of class hours, he actively engages with chess puzzles, practices in tournaments, and plays against the computer. He has a habit of analyzing his mistakes independently and finding alternative ways to improve and win. We are eagerly waiting to see his dreams come true. He approaches each game with patience and a willingness to learn, which are important qualities for any chess player. Brilliant kid of the month from Qatar-October 2024- Agastya October 27, 2024 Uncategorized Parent Feedback – Agastya, a 10-year-old boy residing in Doha, Qatar, and currently studying at Newton British Academy in Barwa City. His interest in chess began when he learned the basics of the game online. Motivated by his newfound passion, he expressed a desire to buy an elaborate chessboard. Recognising his enthusiasm, as parents we enrolled him in chess classes in July 2024, where he started training under the guidance of his coach, Sarbojit Paul, alongside other young learners. Since beginning his formal lessons, Agastya’s chess skills have advanced rapidly. His understanding of tactics has deepened, and his interest in the game has grown significantly. So committed is he to chess that he refuses to miss a lesson, even during his exam periods. Through chess, Agastya has learned to be more patient, developing strategies to outthink his opponents, and his cognitive skills have notably improved. Determined to earn the chessboard he has long wished for, Agastya continues to work hard, both in his lessons and games, striving to become an even better player. She is a very active kid and also it is challenging for us to make her concentrate for extended period. We decided to engage her more in some interesting activities. So we found Brilliance Chess academy. At the very first free session itself she liked the coach Mr. Sachin. His approach gave her a strong foundation and keen interest towards chess and also to learn in an enjoyable way. Over the past few months we have noticed remarkable improvements in dyuthi’s Chess abilities. She is enjoying doing puzzles and interacting with other kids and also we noticed that now she is able to focus more time in her studies and other activities as well Coach Feedback – Dyuthi has demonstrated great enthusiasm and potential in her chess learning journey. She is quickly grasping the basic concepts and steadily improving her understanding of tactics. Brilliant kid of the month from UAE-October 2024- Manthan October 27, 2024 Uncategorized Parent Feedback – Our 9-year-old son, Manthan, who currently lives in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, started taking chess lessons online with Coach Sachin. He was not familiar with chess at first, but Sachin sir’s interesting teaching strategies and methodical tactics soon sparked his interest in the game. He had a solid foundation thanks to his method, which also made learning engaging and inspiring. We have seen Manthan’s chess skills improve significantly over the last few months. In addition to understanding important ideas, he has begun to show strategic thinking and enhanced decision-making abilities in his games. With each session, his enthusiasm for the game only intensifies.I considered logical thinking important, so I definitely wanted my Kid to learn to play chess. We got a lot more than that! attitude, fun, playful occupations! This is how I could characterize Mr. Sachin’s classes! I am so grateful for having the opportunity to learn from him!
