His progress since day one has truly impressed me. His gameplay and puzzle-solving skills are amazing, and he continues to show great potential and improvement. He is also very active in class and is such a sweet and pleasant kid to teach. Coach Feedback: At just 11 years old, Jainil has made an amazing transformation in chess. He started playing simply for fun and enjoyment. But after joining Brillance Chess Academy six months ago, his approach to the game has changed completely. He is an active and enthusiastic boy with a strong passion for cricket, and recently he has also developed a keen interest in chess. Cricket and chess have been Hameed’s favourites. He is a talented cricket player who regularly participates in matches and training. As Hameed started learning chess, we are very happy to see that he is progressing and performing well. She enjoys planning her moves, thinking strategically, and challenging herself with new positions and puzzles. Eva started her chess journey five months ago at Brilliance Chess Academy, where she has been developing her skills and learning the fundamentals of competitive chess. With her curiosity, dedication, and love for the game, Eva is excited to continue improving, participate in tournaments, and achieve new milestones in her chess career. Coach Feedback: As Eva’s chess coach, I have seen steady improvement in her understanding and confidence over the past few months. She has developed a good foundation in the basic concepts and is becoming more comfortable calculating moves and looking for ideas in different positions. She also shows good interest in puzzles and is willing to think through a position before making her move. One of Eva’s strengths is her willingness to learn from new positions and try different ideas on the board. He is curious during classes and shows a genuine interest in understanding how and why a move works, rather than simply memorizing it. At this stage, he is able to understand the topics we cover and is regularly giving correct answers during class. His ability to solve puzzles and think about different possibilities is also developing nicely. What I particularly like about Zian is his enthusiasm to learn. He participates well, responds positively to new concepts, and is gradually becoming more confident in his chess thinking.
