Poorba is a 12 year old. She is currently living in the USA. She and her sister got introduced to chess during a summer vacation. They found it interesting and started to play with each other. By the next summer we could enroll her into a chess class. Sachir sir, her coach has managed to boost her interest even for better. She loves the classes and looks forward to the weekly practice sessions. Besides chess she spends a lot of time doing arts and crafts. She has also been learning and occasionally performing Kathak.
