Write-Up about the Coach:

We are very happy to have Coach Isha as our son’s chess coach. She has made learning chess an enjoyable and exciting experience for him. Her patience, encouragement, and friendly way of teaching have helped him become more interested and confident in the game.

One of the things we especially love is the bond she has built with him. She gave him the nickname “Roger,” and he absolutely loves being called that by her. It is a small but special example of how comfortable and connected he feels with his coach.

We truly appreciate the effort Coach Isha puts into teaching and encouraging him. Beyond chess, we feel that she is helping him develop concentration, patience, confidence, and the ability to think ahead.

A Wonderful Transformation Through Chess

What started as an interest in learning a new game has gradually become a wonderful learning journey. We have noticed a visible improvement in concentration, patience, logical thinking, decision-making, and confidence. Our child has started thinking more carefully before making decisions and has developed a habit of looking at situations from different perspectives—skills that go far beyond the chessboard.

One of the most encouraging changes is the ability to stay calm, think ahead, learn from mistakes, and try again. Chess is teaching our child that every move has a consequence and that success comes not only from winning, but also from learning, adapting, and continuously improving.

We are especially impressed by the way the academy makes learning chess engaging, structured, and enjoyable. A big thank you to the entire academy for nurturing not just chess skills, but also the mindset and life skills that will stay with our child for years to come.
