Shobhit Mishra, a 10-year-old living in Doha, Qatar, was initially not very excited about joining chess classes. But over time, the experience turned out to be truly wonderful for him.
A big credit goes to his coach, Ms. Dara Chetana, who has guided him with exceptional care, patience, and expertise. She made him feel comfortable from the very beginning, identified his weaknesses, and helped him improve step by step. Under her mentorship, Shobhit has developed a solid understanding of the game.
In the past few weeks, he has been consistently winning his in-class matches and has learned sharp skills and effective tactics that have significantly strengthened his play. We are extremely happy with Brilliant Chess Academy and deeply appreciate the dedication and support provided by Ms. Dara Chetana.
We sincerely hope that Shobhit continues to grow and reach greater heights in the world of chess.

I have seen that Shobhit is truly an amazing boy—so well-behaved, mature, and an absolutely lovely human being. I have rarely come across a child his age with such maturity and kindness. He cares for his friends, loves them dearly, and always tries his best to maintain unity and positivity within the class. He encourages others, supports them, and brings people together in the most natural way.
Because of him, the class has a special light. On days when the class feels a little dull, the moment Shobhit walks in, everything brightens up. His presence uplifts everyone’s mood. The way he speaks and shares his thoughts is such a delight to watch and listen to. Truly, I have never seen such a wonderful and lovable boy at this age.
Along with his beautiful personality, he is also progressing impressively in his chess journey. He keeps me updated about what he has practiced and what he plans to work on next. His dedication, sincerity, and enthusiasm are commendable.
I genuinely look forward to seeing his upcoming growth. He is doing exceptionally well, and I’m confident he will continue to shine—both as a person and in chess.
