Ananya is 13 years old and lives in Doha, Qatar. She is a Year 9 student at the GEMS Wellington School, Qatar.
Ananya started learning chess earlier this year and we have seen tremendous progress in her game. We appreciate the structured manner in which chess is taught by her teachers at Brilliance Chess Academy. She will learn some important life skills through chess such as strategic thinking, patience, concentration, learning from mistakes etc. We thank her teachers for all the diligent effort they put in each class.
Coach Feedback –
Ananya is making steady progress in her chess journey. She approaches each game with curiosity and a desire to improve, which are great qualities for learning and growth. While she may take her time to grasp certain concepts, her persistence and willingness to practice are what truly set her apart.
Ananya is also developing a better understanding of game strategies and enjoys experimenting with different ideas. She has shown resilience in overcoming challenges and is steadily building confidence in her skills.
