Parent Feedback –

We are writing to express our heartfelt appreciation and to share our wonderful experience as parents of our 7-year-old son, Muhammad, who has recently discovered a deep passion for chess.

Since March 2025, what began as a casual curiosity has blossomed into a genuine enthusiasm for the game. Recognizing his growing interest, we enrolled him in Brilliance Chess Academy under the exceptional guidance of Coach Ms. Dara Chetana Ma’am, who has provided a structured and encouraging space for Muhammad to thrive.

In just a few months, we have witnessed remarkable growth in Muhammad—not only in his chess skills but also in his critical thinking, focus, patience. These are invaluable life skills, and we credit much of this progress to the incredible support and mentorship of Ms. Dara Chetana Ma’am.

Her passion for teaching, her ability to connect with children, and her commitment to nurturing their potential have made a lasting impact. She has created an environment where learning is both fun and meaningful, and where children feel confident to challenge themselves and grow.

As parents, it brings us great joy to witness Muhammad’s development. We are truly grateful for the opportunities that Brilliance Chess Academy has provided.

Thank you, Chetana Ma’am, for believing in and inspiring young minds.

Coach Feedback

The first time I met Muhammad was during his trial class. He was sitting quietly on his father’s lap—an innocent little boy, not very willing to interact with me. He was calm, silent, and completely focused on the game, like an obedient and gentle child. I remember thinking to myself, “This kid is so sweet, so quiet, and very well-behaved.”

But to my surprise, just a few sessions later, my little student began to show a completely different side—his naughty side! And oh, what a transformation it was! Muhammad quickly became the light of my class—extremely naughty, incredibly funny, super cute, and thoroughly entertaining.

One of the things that always makes me smile is how eagerly he waits to join the class. He logs in almost 30 minutes early, sometimes even joining my previous batch, and I often find him sitting in on their session. I’ll say, “Muhammad, your class is later!” and he’ll just laugh, stay for a bit, and then quietly leave. It happens so often, and it’s honestly one of the cutest things—it shows how excited he is, how much he’s looking forward to learning.

As for his chess skills—there’s no doubt that he’s exceptional. For a 7-year-old, the depth of his understanding is truly impressive. Sometimes, he even questions my thinking during analysis:
“Why are you thinking like this, Ma’am? Can’t we also play like that?”
It amazes me how he’s not just following instructions, but actively thinking, exploring, and challenging ideas.

He’s always the first one to solve puzzles, always eager to answer, and most impressively, he’s rarely wrong. He knows what to do, how to do it, and he truly enjoys the game. His passion for chess shines through in every session.

Muhammad isn’t just a student—he’s a joyful presence in the class, a curious mind, and a reminder of why I love teaching chess. Watching him grow is an absolute delight.
