He got inspiration to play chess from his elder brother Vihaan. Vihaan is also learning chess from “Brilliance Chess Academy” and he is going great as well. Rivaan’s coach Roshan has done some great work in improving his game. For small kids, the most important thing is to maintain their interest throughout which Roshan is doing amazingly. Rivaan is eager to join each chess class. Nowadays, he plays chess with me and watches videos on YouTube. I want him to continue enjoying this beautiful game. Brilliant kid of the month from Switzerland-September 2024- Vidit October 24, 2024 Uncategorized Parent Feedback – Vidit is 5 years old and lives in Switzerland. He developed interest in chess after seeing his brother play, who’s been learning chess with Brilliant Chess Academy. When we saw that they teach kids starting from 5 years old , we immediately enrolled him for the chess classes. He started playing chess even before he started going to school. He’s acquiring the knowledge of reading alphabets & numbers while learning to play chess. Credit goes to coach Roshan for being so patient, warm and polite with him. We would like to specifically mention that no negative word is ever used by the coach even if Vidit makes a mistake, he’s in fact encouraged to find the right move in a playful way which has made learning chess such fun and interesting that he’s always looking forward to learn and practice more. Coach Feedback – Vidit has been making great strides in his chess journey, showing steady improvement in both his tactics and overall understanding of the game. He showed an interest in chess at the age of 5, He initially learned some basic rules while playing with his father, and his growing interest led him to start lessons with a coach, Mr. Roshan a coach from Brilliance chess academy in July 2024. Since then, Muhammed Ehan gained a solid understanding of various tactics and strategies, significantly enhancing his gameplay. He showed his interest on chess but due to his education and other curricular activities for past 2 years unable to focus on chess, but after he joined in Brilliance Chess academy under the Coacher Mr. Jai Amar Kumar, Arya Vignesh showed the massive improvement in chess and thank you for the coach Mr. Jai Amar Kumar for understanding the kids’ intellectual capabilities and making the class more interactive. Arya Vignesh is also learning Hindustani Music, Art and Karate. He won Frist price in Hindustani Music at School. Coach Feedback – It has been a delight to coach Arya. Now, as a dedicated member of the Abu Dhabi Chess Club, Karthik has quickly emerged as a rising talent. He started taking professional lessons just 3 months ago at Brilliance Chess Academy, and his rapid progress is evident. Representing his school as the under-14 champion, Karthik’s curiosity and drive push him to continuously explore and master advanced chess strategies and traps. His dedication, combined with his natural talent, makes him a standout among his peers at the academy. Brilliant kid of the month from UAE-September 2024- Rishaan October 24, 2024 Uncategorized Parent Feedback – Rishaan, a 7-year-old Indian boy from Dubai, is a jovial, friendly, talkative and enthusiastic cute lil boy. He used to play chess at home with us. Looking at his interest and ability we decided to take him to another level wherein we were referred to “Brilliance Chess Academy” by one of our friend. We took a trial and luckily got the best coach for him “Coach Harish” , very patient and too good in delivering the session and making sure Rishaan understands what he is teaching him and even implementing the same. Rishaan has learnt a lot new moves and strategies which he is even applying to the games, puzzles and tournaments he plays. “Mistakes makes you learn” and this is what even Coach Harish made Rishaan understand by making him analyse his mistakes in the tournaments he lost. He is growing his skills, learning from his mistakes, implementing his learnings and with support of his wonderful coach will definitely achieve the heights we want him to. He is also into Skates, Karate, swimming but when asked for his favourite activity and teacher – it’s chess and Coach Harish. Every weekend he looks forward to meet his coach, learn new things and play games with coach and his batchmates. He has been incredibly friendly and supportive, greatly enhancing Niran’s enthusiasm for the game.
