Advik has had a strong interest in chess from an early age, and joining the academy has greatly enhanced his passion and understanding of the game. Throughout the past year, we’ve observed significant growth in his focus, strategic thinking, and confidence. He genuinely enjoys attending each session and looks forward to learning new techniques and applying them during games. After coming back from vacation to Oman, where we are currently residing, he started playing on online platforms like chess.com when we started searching for a good tutor, we came across Brilliant chess academy. His tutor Gourav is highly student friendly and encourages student to learn new things and develop further. He excelled not only in chess but also in academics after joining. His logical thinking levels improved. Strategic thinking was also developed. Coach Feedback – Kruthik has been an outstanding student in class always active, attentive, and ready to participate. He began developing a passion for chess in 2024. To pursue this interest further, he decided to take classes with his coach, Dara Chetana. Through these lessons, he has learned several tactics and moves that help him build strategies throughout the game. Since starting, Abel has shown noticeable improvement in his critical thinking, especially in challenging situations. He has also taken the initiative to watch instructional videos on YouTube to strengthen his gameplay. We are proud of his dedication and the effort he puts into learning and improving . He has shown some basic interest in chess and was given a proper learning platform by enrolling in Brilliance Chess Academy. He is a very positive kid and always loves to learn new things. It’s been a month, and he enjoys attending the sessions—especially when he is challenged to crack puzzles and win games. Though reluctant at first, Dhevnessh’s perspective shifted over time, and what began as an obligation soon turned into a genuine passion. A major influence in this transformation was his chess coach, Mr. Sarbojit Paul, who not only taught him strong openings and tactical strategies but also instilled the confidence to compete against more experienced players. Inspired by his coach’s encouragement, Dhevnessh now takes the initiative to sharpen his skills beyond lessons. In his free time, he actively practices by playing against his father and challenging opponents online. From an early age, Rishit developed a keen interest in the game and mental challenges. His love for chess has led him to spend time in improving his skills, studying different openings, and perfecting his gameplay. Whether it’s a casual game with friends or a more competitive match, Rishit is always eager to improve and learn from each experience. With a sharp mind and a growing understanding of the game, Rishit joined the esteemed guidance of Mr Samresh sir from Brilliant Chess Academy and started improving his chess skills to the next level. Coach Feedback – Rishit has been in a very different scenario than the others, he has come down to the academy with an experience from previous. Thus, he is the one case where he is not the only one learning in the class rather it is a learning experience for him too, completing the full arc.
