Zian is a 7-year-old boy currently living in Qatar. We are truly happy and proud to see his growing passion for chess. Although he started learning chess only three months ago, his interest and enthusiasm have been remarkable. He enjoys solving chess puzzles, exploring new moves, and challenging himself to think ahead. It is wonderful to see how eagerly he learns and how much he enjoys the game. We are grateful to the coach Hemendra for the encouragement and guidance that have helped nurture his interest. We are very proud of his dedication, curiosity, and passion for learning, and we are excited to see how far his love for chess will take him. Thank you, Brilliance Chess Academy.
Coach Feedback:
As Zian’s chess coach, I have seen very good progress in him since he started learning. He is curious during classes and shows a genuine interest in understanding how and why a move works, rather than simply memorizing it. At this stage, he is able to understand the topics we cover and is regularly giving correct answers during class. His ability to solve puzzles and think about different possibilities is also developing nicely.
What I particularly like about Zian is his enthusiasm to learn. He participates well, responds positively to new concepts, and is gradually becoming more confident in his chess thinking. With regular practice, especially playing a few rapid games and solving puzzles on Lichess, I believe he can continue improving his calculation, decision-making, and match experience. If he maintains this consistency, he should be ready to progress to the next level in the coming months.
