I have seen steady improvement in Rishik Sai’s chess development under Coach Srushti’s guidance. He is gaining a better understanding of the basic principles and is slowly becoming more confident in applying them during practice sessions. His ability to identify simple tactical ideas and think through his moves has become more consistent. It is also encouraging to see that he is showing interest and putting effort into understanding the game structure, which is a good foundation for future learning.

At the same time, Rishik Sai would benefit from continued support to strengthen a few key areas. He still needs more practice to improve his focus during longer games and build confidence in decision‑making under pressure. Regular exposure to guided practice matches, along with encouragement to think patiently and plan ahead, will help him progress further. With ongoing support and structured training from Coach Srushti, I believe Rishik Sai will continue developing his skills in a steady and meaningful way.
