Sharvesh Ananthan is a 10-year-old student currently living in Malaysia and studying in Standard 4. He developed a deep interest in chess at the age of 7, though he initially did not have access to proper guidance. Since beginning his coaching under Samresh Sir, Sharvesh has shown great enthusiasm for the game. He thoroughly enjoys his practice sessions and has been learning many new techniques, which have significantly improved his understanding and love for chess. Special thanks to his coach for the continuous support, guidance, and motivation.
Coach Feedback:
Sarvesh came to the class with previous knowledge of chess and is a sure, juggling king. He keeps hopping around activities, but pays full attention to the details in class. His learning curve extends beyond the class hours. He practices the skill with dedication and moves up the ladder. His growth curve has been exceptional over time. He brings a fierce and competitive energy to the class, serving as the captain to drive the team’s momentum. Beyond the board, he stands, curious about the newer opportunities and is never afraid to take up newer challenges.
