Adwaid Syamoj, a 10-year-old boy residing in Sharjah, UAE, is a student of Gulf Asian English School, Sharjah. He loves playing chess and football.
He began his chess journey in July under the guidance of Coach Dara Chetana, who has been truly dedicated, patient, and lovely with kids. Her engaging teaching style has helped Adwaid develop a strong interest and enthusiasm for the game.
A heartfelt thank you to Brilliance Chess Academy and Coach Dara Chetana for their continuous effort, encouragement, and support in nurturing Adwaid’s passion for chess.

Adwaid is a very talkative and cheerful child — truly the chatterbox of the class! At the same time, he is extremely active and deeply involved during sessions, especially when solving puzzles. He always tries his best to answer every question and eagerly participates in discussions.
In recent days, I have observed a consistent improvement in his game standard and the way he plays. He has been doing a fabulous job! What I truly appreciate is his enthusiasm — he often shares with me how many puzzles he has solved and how much his accuracy has improved. As a coach, it feels so heartwarming to see a child so passionate about chess and excited to share his progress.
I’m very happy with the way Adwaid is growing, both in his skills and attitude. He is such a lovely child, and I truly hope he continues to shine and keep progressing this way.
